Production
Our Production includes but not limited to carpets, rugs, floor coverings, curtains, cushion covers, napkins, towels and toweling fabric, bedspreads, furnishing fabric and upholstery, table linen, bed linen, sheets and pillowcases, blankets, shower curtains, aprons as well as wallpapers. -
Stitching
The goods are completely produced according to International Quality Standards are being processed in our well established in-built stitching unit according to customer specifications by our skilled cutting masters and issued for sewing. Our experienced sewing machine operators finally stitch the products according to customer’s patterns and specifications. -
Purchasing
We have create a show room of our product to attract the buyers. Moreover, our house maintain the merchandiser to follow up the product processing line perfectly and also build a quality assurance team for checking the actual quality of the product. -
Checking & Packing
We check everyproduct with much care and quality maintenance. Several stages of checking are undergone to sustain the best quality of made-ups. As per the buyer’s requirements, we pack with fine materials to make the made-ups to be colorful in the racks. -
Sampling
Sampling is one of key elements of the pre-production processes in a garment industry. Before a manufacturer produces bulk orders, a prior sampling of styles is done to get approvals and jumpstart the fabrication of garments.
